Mental Wellness

Mental Wellness is made up of so many things; we promote self-care, referrals to help when needed, reduce stigma and isolation, and provide classes for children, teens, individuals and parents. Prevention is a key component, and we believe getting help during a crisis is the first step. Learning coping skills, triggers, and stress reduction are also important, and we provide classes to identify and establish healthy habits. Contact your local FRC to find out what is offered in your area.
