Services

 

Parent Education

You are your child's first teacher. We offer free, evidence based parenting classes, and one time workshops to put tools in your tool belt to teach your children.

Playgroups (Ages 0 - 5)

We offer fun, age appropriate child development activities for children and support for moms and dads.

Mental Health Wellness

We offer classes, stigma reduction messages and activities, and referrals for children and adults. Mental health wellness affects us all.

 

HICAP and Veterans Services

HICAP volunteers help seniors navigate Medicare and save money on prescription drug plans. Veterans support services available twice a month on Thursdays.

Mt Shasta Community Garden

Playgroups, ASQs, gardening programs for families and nutritional programs for all ages.

Santa Elves Workshop, Ice Cream Social

In Mt. Shasta we provide services for seniors, parents, grandparents and caregivers. We have play groups, food and nutritional programs. We help community building by strengthening families and finding links to resources to help everyone in the community. The resource center is a place for everybody, all income levels, all ages.
